The seller's acceptance of the offer , evidenced by an electronic signature, constitutes a firm commitment on their part.
From the date of this acceptance, the seller undertakes to suspend all marketing efforts for the property, in order to allow for the preparation and signing of the preliminary agreement (preliminary sales agreement or promise of sale) at the notary's office.
